Nadine Wolters – van `t Schip was born and raised in Germany. She obtained her professional education and diploma focussing on classical academic dance according to the prestigious Vaganova methodology, pointe training and repertoire in Düsseldorf. Extensive studies in the fields of didactics and methodology of the Vaganova system and male technique according to Tarassov make her a versatile teacher with an eye to detail. Nadine teaches in ballet schools and studios in Noord and Midden Holland covering all levels from the age of 10 years old. During her over 30 years of teaching experience she also worked as a successful coach for laymen to semi – professional competitions in Germany and the Netherlands. A first degree in educational sciences for lower secondary education (English, biology) at the University of Cologne enhance her qualifications as a dance pedagogue. Nadine also followed further training for ballet 60+ and pbt (Progressing Ballet Technique®) as well as master classes and workshops to broaden her professional background.
From a very young age on Nadine was to be found on the stage following her biggest passion. She danced for more than three decades on competitions, mostly in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Here she specialized in artistic showdance based on jazz and modern techniques and later also in classical ballet and pointe technique. During this time Nadine won several national and international titles as well as a soloist, in duets and in a team.
In Nadine’s classes you will find joy in the details, little tricks and tips, challenges for mind and body as well as a heartfelt, deep passion for the classical ballet and pointe technique. Currently she teaches on Friday the two different levels of pointe classes, the Classical Company competition team and the doorstroom 6 technique and choreography classes. Everyone is seen for the dancer that you are: your goals, your visions, your ambitions. Enjoy learning with your heart, body and mind in a save space with fellow dance enthusiasts!
